We want you to be happy with Doodle Rocket. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal if the Service did not meet your reasonable expectations. After 14 days, payments are generally non-refundable.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day window above.

3. AI Credits and Consumables

Credits or one-time consumable purchases that have been substantially used are non-refundable. Unused credits within the 14-day window can be refunded on request.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@affiliateprogrampro.com with the email used for purchase and your Paddle order number. We typically respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor, Paddle. Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country (for example, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal).
