7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-generated outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or distributing it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Burnet County, Texas.
